Southern Wellness located on Hwy 280 provides pain management services under the direction of Dr. Samuel Beenken.

Dr. Beenken sees patients on Friday’s and Saturday’s at the highway 280 office. Patients of our pain management program are provided on-site therapy options, medical equipment, and monthly drug screening. Our successful program also provides referrals for ancillary services such as MRIs, epidural injections and surgical interventions.

New patients seeking pain management services are required to provide medical records which should include a pain management history and imaging such as MRIs, CT scans or x-rays. Our program follows the rules set forth by the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners and the guidelines of CDC and DEA
